Residents, volunteers feeding German Farmers and protesters
Echoes of Canada’s Freedom Convoy
Reports from Germany indicate that residents and volunteers are organizing themselves to provide meals to protesting Farmers, Truckers and others in Berlin and elsewhere.
During Canada’s Freedom Convoy in February 2022, then-MPP Rick Nicholls pointed out that “Justin Trudeau’s problem is not the Truckers….it’s the people that are feeding the Truckers.” A similar sense of camaraderie and team spirit appears to to taking hold in Germany according to posts by Peter Sweden and Ryan Gerritssen.
