FAST enrolment event November 29 to December 3 in Champlain

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the United States Customs and Border Protection are organizing a FAST enrolment event November 29 to December 3, 2021.

The event will take place at the Champlain Enrolment Centre (237 W Service Rd, Champlain, NY 12919 USA)

Below is information from the Canadian Border Services Agency on how to register for this event:

1. Log into your Trusted Traveler Programs account (https://ttp.dhs.gov/) and select “Schedule Interview”

2. Select the location Champlain (Champlain FAST Event)

3. Select an interview date/time from the available dates and times. We recommend that you print or take a screen shot of your appointment confirmation screen and bring it with you to your interview.

For Canadian citizens and permanent residents returning to Canada:

Visit the COVID-19 Travel: Checklists for requirements and exemptions webpage to know the exact requirements that you will need to meet when coming back.

On the day of the interview:

We ask that you wait in your vehicle until 5 minutes before your scheduled interview time.

Make your way to the Enrolment Centre building located just through the sliding glass doors in the main warehouse building. If no one is there to greet you, call 518-298-7950, select option 9, and advise the operator you are here for your FAST appointment. We will let you in the office when it is safe to do so.

You will need to bring:

a. Proof of Citizenship;

b. Driver’s Licence;

c. Work Identification and/or a Letter from your current employer;

d. Employment history;

e. Address history.

f. If information in your profile needs to be updated, please bring all documentation needed to support any updates to your application

COVID-19 guidelines:

You must wear a mask inside the facility at all times.

No entry will be allowed for those feeling unwell or experiencing/demonstrating COVID-19 symptoms.

You must sanitize your hands prior to entering the building.

You must follow all physical distancing, floor marking and directions from Officers.
