Vision Zero, Net Zero….just turn on the lights!

“Vision Zero my ass. Here’s Zero Vision 101,” writes Beaches resident Bobby Armstrong. “A newly installed traffic light in the beach for months now. The residents can’t get Toronto Hydro to turn it on.” The lights have been hanging at Queen and Silverbirch without power for at least two months, he says. “There are many other cases around the city of lights like this.” Taxi News has written Toronto Hydro to inquire why this is happening.
