CTV reports that Humbolt crash driver loses bid to stay in Canada

CTV says that according to Michael Greene, the immigration lawyer representing Jaskirat Singh Sidhu, his submission to Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has been rejected. Sidhu was sentenced to eight years after pleading guilty to dangerous driving causing death and bodily harm after the Saskatchewan collision which killed 16 people.
