Taxi drivers join Farmers to protest government in France
Swedish journalist Peter Imanuelsen continues to report on workers’ protests in Europe.
In addition to the German Truckers who launched the protest (inspired by Canada’s Freedom Convoy in 2022), French Farmers and Truckers in several other nations have also taken to the streets to protest carbon taxes and other government initiatives.
January 29th brought the first report of Taxi drivers joining the protests, as indicated in Imanuelson’s X posts, below.
