Friday, October 28th, on Day #12 of the Public Order Emergency Commission (POEC), former Ottawa Police Chief Peter Sloly is testifying.

At 11am, Sloly was overcome with emotion recalling how hard Ottawa police were working and the criticism they faced, while the quality of information and intelligence he was receiving was so poor, it became a global story. Commissioner Rouleau called a 15 minute recess. Source: PEOC
