Cross examination of Ottawa’s KMPG consultant set to begin morning of February 1st

The February 1st session of the Ottawa Taxi trail will begin with lawyers for the plaintiff cross examining Brian Bourns, Senior Manager, KPMG.
Bourns and his team wrote the 2015 report to Ottawa City Council which was considered in the City’s re-writing of its by-laws to legalize Uber and other ridesharing service.
Court sessions generally begin at 9:30am, although on some occasions the start time has been pushed to 10am.
