To the Editor, Taxi News:

As usual, good reporting.

However, contrary to your article “nobody objected” WE (ATOOL and Gerry Manley) DID object to the insanity of the Accessible program. We pointed out that the program was to be financed by the City,  NOT the industry.

A small forest is dead due to the papers we produced…to no avail.

As I told you before, the “consultation” is bullshit, their mind is made up.

Also, in your next article please point out that the report was to be completed last year!

There is no consequence for defying Council and I predict the report will not be ready before next year.

BTW, kudos to driver Will  his questions. Sadly, the answer is “community service,” not business.
