Trucker explains work log to fed employees
by Terry Aslinger
Federal workers outraged that they have to provide a work summary: as a Truck Driver, I have a in cab camera facing me watching every move I make 24/7.
I have a electronic device on the dash recording when I stop when I go and for how long and how fast or slow I am driving.
I have an electronic logbook telling when I can drive or not, whether I am tired or not.
I have a satellite device on my truck showing my exact location.
I have to get a medical check up every year or two to prove I am healthy.
The interstate is dotted with traffic cameras monitoring my speed and weight sensors in the road to make sure I am not overweight.
I live in a free country.
