The Wall Street Journal’s online “Future of Everything” series will feature”The Future of Transportation” on November 17th.
Topics will include “Materials Science for a World on the Move” and “Mapping Mobility.”
“Automation, electrification and the rise of smart energy sources are super-charging the evolution of the transport sector,” WSJ notes on its event page. “At the same time, staffing and supply chain issues, along with surging fuel prices, are complicating the industry’s recovery from the pandemic. We’ll discuss the impact of these factors on consumers and look ahead to the technological innovations that will redefine air travel, rapid mass transit and urban micromobility in the coming years.”
