Toronto Council to discuss $1 fuel surcharge for Taxis, multi-passenger pedal cycles today

Toronto City Council will debate items including a proposed $1.00 fuel surcharge to Taxi fares today, as well as the licensing of large multi-passenger pedal vehicles.
Both items were passed at the General Government and Licensing Committee on April 29th.
