Freeland’s tenure unmarred by action
It’s possible Canada may receive a new Transport Minister on Tuesday, May 13.
Governor General Mary Simon has confirmed through an announcement that Mark Carney’s new Cabinet will be sworn in at Rideau Hall at 10:30 tomorrow. Transportation industry members are watching to see if Minister Chrystia Freeland will be replaced, and whether the portfolio will be deemed a full-time job or once again carried with additional portfolios by the new minister.
