Friday the 13th of October new date for Ottawa Taxi court case final oral submissions

As a result of Justice Michael Smith’s scheduling conflict, final oral arguments in the Metro Taxi vs City of Ottawa court case, which were set to be heard July 4th and 5th 2023, had to be postponed.

The new dates for final oral submissions by both the plaintiff Metro Taxi and the defendant City of Ottawa will be Thursday October 12th and Friday October 13th, 2023.
