Reaching users where they are, on the platforms they love topic of CTA Zoom webinar

Mitchell, who has been with AI Botify for four years, was in Edmonton, Alberta when she zoomed in for the the Zoom webinar, sponsored by the Canadian Taxi Association.

“The Edmonton Mall has 50 entrances,” Mitchell pointed out, using one of the world’s largest shopping malls as an example of how AI Botify services can be customized by Taxi firms in different cities. “Our system gives every single entrance its own designation for pick-up.” The same system is used for hospitals and medical centres with multiple entrances.

CTA members from Ottawa, Toronto, Windsor, Kingston and were on the call to learn about how artificial intelligence is being used by Taxi companies in other cities. The full video recording of the presentation is available on YouTube.
